Vision · Mission · Manifesto

The next decade belongs to people who can build infrastructure at the scale of one — and the bottleneck moves from doing to deciding.

Agents aren't a product category. They're a change in who gets to do things. One person can now operate at the scale a small team did five years ago, and a small team at the scale of a department. Deep Holdings is a working proof of that thesis — seven ventures, one operator, all leveraged through an event log and a fleet of agents.

Intrkt is the substrate — an interaction engine where flows, agents, and humans share one source of truth. WebAgent and Outreach are the hands. Brandayd is the mirror — what the AI-search era says about you when you're not watching. Clone is the next move: once execution is solved, decisions become the constraint, and we automate the easy ones so the human in the middle can focus on the few that matter. Happy To Help is the dividend — what gets reinvested, in cash and in code, into people who couldn't pay yet.

Every venture is an instrument. Every ship is a print. The chart is the audit. We don't claim to be more than we are. We log what happens, signed and dated, and the price reflects the truth. Wins are loud. Losses are louder.

Why "Deep Holdings"? Because a portfolio is a clearer self-description than a CV. And because the founder, the operator, the chart, and the customer are all different views of the same event log.

Up and to the right since 2007. Ships while you sleep.
